Public Benefit Corporations are a new type of corporate structure intended to produce a public benefit and to operate in a responsible and sustainable manner. We made the decision to incorporate and be treated as a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) in support of our social and environmental objectives.

Currently, our primary focus is on single family homes and townhomes. However, we also operate multi-family properties, condos, and apartments on a case-by-case basis. Whether you currently have a tenant or vacancy, we're ready to work with you. We'll do all the heavy lifting to get current residents set up so you don't need to do a thing.
